hiyah, i've been Missing In Action for quite some time. well les'see.
i'm 262.8 as of today at 3:15 pm. and i've figured a plan up so i can be at least 230 lbs by june 13.
April: M- rest
T- 1 mile run
W- rest
TH- 1 mile run
F- 1 mile
S- rest
Su-1 mile
Total: 4 miles
i should be a bit active and eat between 0-700 cal per day
May: M- 1.5 mile
T- rest
W- 2 mile
TH- rest
F- 2 mile
S- rest
SU- 1.5 mile
Total: 7 miles
Same stipulations except that more of my calories should be for protien
June: M- 2 mile
T- 2 mile
W- rest
TH- 2.5 mile
F- 2 mile
S- rest
SU- rest
Total: 8.5 miles
and i should be eating 700 or less calories per day (around 4-5 hundred)
losertown says i should be around 220 which would make my life.
i also have a rejected foods list:
-McDonald and all fast food (obviously)
-Starbucks froo-froo drinks and pastries( my indulgence= suckiness)
-Chips
-Ice Cream
-Pasta
My safe foods:
-salads and fresh veggies
-oranges, berries and apples
-fish
-whole grain cereal (only 1-2 servings per week though)
and treats:
-2 tbs of peanut butter- 200 cal
-300 cal of chocolate
-1 tootsie pop (my addiction)
