Gaia Conceptions

I have been trying to lose the baby weight by working out with Gilad's total body sculpt on the Discovery Home and Health channel. Ive only lost a kilo since i have been doing it but i can feel and see the difference. While my body will never be like Heidi Klum's ,i am very confident that it will become the best it can be by keeping up with these workouts every weekday and doing yoga as well. God, i sound like one of those cheesey people on the infomercial ads " i lost 30 pounds and so can you!". Anyway i just had to blog about this because i am happy with my results so far....
