I have always been extremely lucky with my body weight. Usually i just go back to pre baby weight 3 months after bub is born without diet or exercise. After the fourth bub it was a different matter.....i had to workout everyday and watch what i ate a little. Now I'm in my thirties, i see that i should be exercising and eating better as it is all catching up with me. I sat on lounge checking emails this morning and just happened to notice a belly protruding over my pj pants....oh my god.....i have a muffin top. My jeans are a very tight fit lately and i have started to get what some may call 'tuck shop lady' arms. Bloody hell....whats happening to me?.....maybe its hormones......maybe its due to my chocolate addiction....maybe its stress......whatever its caused from i need to put a stop to it. Gone are the days of eating a block of cadbury hazelnut chocolate in one sitting and snacking on red rock chips....damn it. Hmm, now where is my yoga mat?
