All public health employees should be qualified in 'Nice'
I spent the majority of my night at the hospital with my eldest son last night. Poor thing broke his wrist by doing a few stunts on his bike. I noticed that there are not many nice people working in our public hospitals. The reception staff were very abrupt and unfriendly bar one and after my son had an x ray, the doctor didn't even bother to come and tell me if his arm or wrist was actually broken...the plaster cast doctor came to get me instead which i guess told me that something was broken. All health care workers should take a training course in 'nice'. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and it doesn't take up anymore of their time.
