Today I bought lollies and chocolates galore to help with the no smoking rule I have given myself. I can see how people gain weight when trying to quit because I have been filling my face like there is no tomorrow!. The nicotine cravings come and go and I am pleased to say I feel good about quitting this time. But I am having massive mood swings that are causing the family grief and they shoot me a look after an outburst that screams 'go have a smoke for gods sake woman'. I cant wait till this part is over.
