The week so far has included.......


Two failed attempts at not smoking all day.

Taking Tyga to have an ultrasound on the lump in his neck. The sonographers 'best opinion', it is only a very enlarged lymph node.....I'm not happy with that response....i want actual confirmation not an opinion.

Joe is suspended from primary school for 4 days. A kid hit him so Joe hit him back. Oops, my bad....I have always said to my kids 'If someone hits you, hit 'em back'. I said that when he was being bullied years ago.....maybe I need to reassess that as I know he is very capable of looking after himself now.

I have consumed 3 blocks of hazelnut chocolate since Sunday.

I cleaned out our car and found $6 in change, 2 kinder surprise wrappers, an earring, Vampire Weekend CD that I thought I had lost, a toenail clipping (yuck), McDonald's paper bag (lee must be sneaking in the maccas on his Bunning's trips on Sundays), 2 Lego men and receipts galore.

I have done 6 loads of washing and washed the dishes 11 times in 4 days.

I have drawn once this week.

Lola said 'I love you Mumma' for the first time.

Realised I have been unintentionally organised for Xmas. Gift buying is underway and will be finished before the end of November....which is a nice change from leaving it all till the last two weeks before the 25Th of December.

I have played with Lego, soldiers, dress ups and dolls.

Heard so many rumours....and without knowing if they are true or not, I am finding it all so funny.

I made some yummy scones.
