Finally, I am starting to enjoy cooking again.

My partner (who I am sick of referring to as partner, so I will now call L), is one of the best cooks I have ever known. I'm very lucky to have wonderful meals cooked for me. But I have pretty much taken over the preparation of meals again since L has taken on more responsibility at work and I no longer have a night job....and I honestly have to say I am really enjoying it.
The asparagus and corn pie I made during the week was pretty darn awesome!

Now a completely different subject....

I have become very interested in mail thanks to Bianca. Wouldn't it be nice to receive something delightful in the mail instead of the usual bills and such?. Well I received a little piece of wonderful in my letterbox today....

I guess I don't watch the news otherwise I would have known that Lee McQueen aka Alexander McQueen has died. What a shame. He was actually a designer with talent, originality and balls!.
