Slow

I'm not sure how, but the last few months we have been using more than our 15GB data allowance. I hate our broadband being slowed down to basically dial up speed. Its not like we download heaps of music or movies. I think Optus are really shit with their plans and their customer service. I suspect we dont even actually use all that allowance and they just say we do to get us to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I will tell you just how shit they are....A few days after my grandma died they rang me about staying with them on a contract for longer. I proceeded to tell them that I had just had a death in the family and wasn't feeling up to talking contracts but they pushed ahead with the conversation anyway....in the end I signed up with them for another contract. I suppose you gotta hand it to them...optus sure know how to train their staff to make the sale.
