Day 21 - recipe

I make scones quite a lot and my kids gobble them up so quickly that I usually have to do two batches. This scone recipe is the one I now use and was taken from the 4 Ingredients book. Makes 12 lovely light scones.

4 cups SR flour
300ml cream
1 can lemonade

Sift self raising flour into a bowl, make a well and pour in cream and lemonade. Mix to make a firm dough, roll out, cut with a scone cutter (or the rim of a drinking glass) and bake in oven at 180c until golden.
