Health is not valued until sickness comes - Thomas Fuller

Today I woke up sick. Vomiting and the worst migraine I have ever experienced. Panadol did nothing but I continued writing an essay into the afternoon which was pretty stupid as it didn't help the migraine and I basically only added two sentences to it. My sons had the same virus last week and I did everything to make them feel better as you do being a parent. My son did repay me with kindness this morning by making pancakes at breakfast for the family. I only realise how lucky I am to be healthy when I get sick. Please headache, fuck right off.
