Undecided

I'm low in vitamin B12 and Iron but eat plenty of meat which is supposed to be rich in both of these. So if I am going to have to take supplements I thought I should give vegetarianism another go. I'm not sure if I could be a strict vegan...I love eggs and milk. Then again maybe I just need to learn to live without them. While I'm deciding how to approach this change I thought I would share a few blogs .....
