hey! just got back from a workout tonight. only 1/2 hour and only burned 100-150 cal but i've decided that i can't do this in one day (as much as i'd like to), and i've decided to increace my cal burn every day until i hit 1000 cal in a workout.

i've maxed at 548 cal today, and with the 100 burned that's 448 cal.

tomarrow, i'll eat my planned green tea w/ sugar (30) and maybe some celery w/ peanut butter(94). and then i'll burn 200 cal.

maybe tomarrow will be amazing!
