
hello, my beauties!!
i didn't keep to my liquid fast but i'm starting the ABC in the next 2-3 days so i fell ok. saturday was really good, my total cal intake until about 6-7 pm was 0, and then i binged. but that was the day i decided to lug my heavy ass off the couch and go swim laps around the pool at the y,i burned probably 1000 cal burned, so i lost weigh. i'm 269.0 lbs, today. i had a bridal shower to go to, and i snacked there. (i'm guessing 600 cal total) plus lunch which was 35 cal. and i think i'm done.
tomarrow is school, i'm bringing lunch, which will be a cup of miso soup(35 cal). i'm a little nervous about eating there again, b/c this year i'm with people who will actually call me out on eating maybe 5 bites of an apple and being finished. hopefully they don't care.
