kicking the Diet

hey girls,

i've decided that i wanna kick this ABC diet, i'm just not loosing weight and it's getting to be frustrating, soooo GOODBYE ABC!!!

i'll go back to the original plan, reduced/restricted cal intakes. i was happier with that b/c i could actually eat something.

here we go,

Monday-700
tuesday-500
wensday-800
thursday-300
friday-1000
saturday-fast
sunday-600

sounds good to me, and i'm working out regularly so it should be fine.
