and welcome to my world. so yesterday wasn't soo bad, went shopping for 4 hours with S (as you will remember, she is the ray of sun in my life) she's unbeleivably tiny. a size 5-7 in jeans and a small maybe extra-small in tops. i love living vicariously through her. she is everything i could hope to be.
i probably broke even on 400 yesterday, i skipped dinner b/c i was exausted from shopping.
today is 100, which will be...hard but attainable. weekends just in general suck, they give me sooo much free time that i find myself stuffing my face.
so this lovely blogger named Lola (http://glitterinthewind.blogspot.com/) came up with SSPA (super sneaky pants August) it is a time for maximum weight loss through the whole month of August. seeing as i am still quite green at this weight loss thing, i decided what the heck, might as well try.

first things first, the Rules.
RULE #1- No Bingeing- i may not eat over my dayly allotment (which b/c of this diet is never over 500 cal)
RULE #2- Working out 3 times a week (at least)- time to get my ass to the gym.
RULE #3- Keep Busy- i must not be suceptable to the lure of food, which means reading, writing that dang paper by the 13th, and just generally cleaning house (honestly people you would thing that we are college boys with the state of our house)
RULE #4- weigh-ins every other morning- starting today i am 277.0 lbs.
and if i think of any other things that will help i'll add them.

UPDATE
Sorry lovies, but i have failed today. i ate well until about 3 pm when i had 10 cal left for the day and stuffed my face with lasagna and chips and salsa. probably 1000 cal. tomarrow WILL be better. i will have to make it better. i'm going to they gym and i'm staying in my room for most of the day. have a shower, brush my teeth and read until my eyeballs fall out. also might head to the library to get some thinspo lit. any particular books you guys recommend?
