
yuck, binge city, resisting the urge to use laxies. i really don't need them, until about 7 pm tonight all i had had was a peice of gum and like .3 of a chewy bar. and then it was, 1 serving PF CHANG garlic shrimp, Bertolli scampi and shrimp, a few crackers and M&M's, maybe 1000, 1200 cal in all, not horrible.
woke up yesterday morning at 1AM with that "o crap" feeling and had cramps for 4 solid hours, and not those "oh i don't feel well" cramps, like OMG, keeled over in pain cramps. yeah, to say the least i'm not a happy camper.
today i weighted in at 266.4 in the afternoon on my first day of my period. tomarrow i'm gonna try to fast (i'm almost never hungry on my period, except chocolate and pasta, my weakness's)and this week will be 600 cal days until next weekend.
