good day loves, haha your comments were all loveable. i wish i knew what the hell i ate that made me lose 13 lbs, it was probably water weight, i haven't weighed myself since, i'm freaking nervous.
so far only 64 cal today, 4 pices of gum (3.5 cal each, oral fixation much?? haha) and 50 cal soup. i'll have some veggies for dinner, or better yet skip it if i can an call 64 good...hopefully.
i think i might try the ABC soon-ish, maybe after the holiday's and my B-day. (jan 18th) so in a few months, i should probably try really hard to keep the cal intakes as low as possible to make the transition easier.
keep the momentum going and never quit,
