
Hi, i'm officially on winter break. i'm 261.9 lbs and i'm trying my very best to keep the cal count under 100 cal. My mom definitely knows. so i've been eating hellatiously lately. probably 1000 cals each day in junk. each morning i wake up and try to feel my hip bones and collar bones. collarbones are just around the corner. i can almost define them without holding my breath.
i have 2 1/2 weeks with Christmas and New Years in there. i always have my friends over to celebrate New Years, and there's christmas dinner at my Grandma's. so i'm just gonna try really hard to leave the cals alone and stay under 100.(except obviously the holiday days, where my top will be...1000, ugg i hate that number) i'm also contemplating using a diet pill. i've never used them but i really need to lose weight (i swear i'm not gonna fit in that dress, maybe i'll post photos of me in the dress or just the dress) so if any of you guys wanna give me good pills that you've tried, that would help. i can only get them after christmas, i asked for money because i never know what i want. also i specifically asked to not get clothes or candies. that'd just screw me up. honestly i just want money so i can buy what i want when i want it.
SAFE FOODS FOR THE BREAK
- Rice Cake (40 cal)
- Orange (negitive cal fruit)
- Salad w/o dressing (15 cal)
- 1/2 serving of cereal (55 cal)
- any negitive cal veggie
- Tea/Diet Coke
