
I have been reading The Me Myth by Andrew Griffiths. So far I'm really enjoying it. Yes it is a "self help" book but its different from what I have read before. The author tells his story as the book progresses and It is pretty inspirational. The book focuses on not looking inwards but looking outwards, having compassion, defying the modern world's messages of self absorption and being responsible for our own lives. I recommend this book to anyone who needs to remember what they are grateful for in their lives and also for a little motivation.
